An "incident" in Glory League is a record of an in-game incident that can be used for tribunals or just to remove sensitive material from a game without taking the entire game video down. When an incident is created you will be able to access it through "Videos" > "Incidents" in the main menu. Creating an incident cuts the video out of the shared online video so it will no longer be seen.
There are two ways to create an incident, through the incident page or through the game page.
If the incident video is not available it means the original video needs to be restored from long-term storage, you can still create the incident if you have the timestamp. The process of restoring the original takes 12 hours but it will be done automatically when an incident is created (you just need to check back the next day to download it)
1. When creating an incident you will usually start by disabling the video first. To do this go to the game page and click the "Video" tab.
2. Click "Disable Video", then click the confirmation button.
3. There are two ways to create an incident, either through the game page or the Incidents page. From within the game page click "Incidents"
4. Click "Add Incident"
5. For creating through the incidents page, click "Video" in the top menu, then click "Incidents" from the dropdown menu.
6. Click "Add Incident"
7. Click "Game", then use the team name to search for the game.
8. Click "Person" to assign the incident to any registered member
9. Select all players/spectators/coaches involved in incident
10. Use the timeline to select the timestamp for the incident. There is a minimum of 60 seconds for an incident clip and limit of 5 minutes max, if required make a second incident for second timestamp.
11. Choose the category in the "Category *" field.
12. Enter brief description if needed into the "Description" field then click OK. The video will be re-encoded with the incident blurred out.
13. The incident has now been created. You can access this incident any time from the Incidents tab in the top menu, or the incidents tab inside the game page. You can also add notes for more information for the incident. To do this click on the "Notes" tab.
14. Click "Add Note". You will see all the notes that have been created for the incident on the notes page. Notes can not be deleted or edited once created but you can add more notes at any time.
15. The video will be re-encoded as soon as the event is created so if you have disabled the video while cutting the incident you can re-enable it immediately as it will not be available in the player portal until the new re-encoded video is uploaded. To re-enable go to Video tab of the game and click "Enable Video"
