How to Enable and Send Registration Forms

1. Go to the Teams page from the Competitions dropdown menu. Then select the time frame of the teams, for example, "This Month" or "This Year"

2. Click this checkbox to select all teams.

3. Click "Enable Registration Form"

4. For teams that have a strict registration period enter the expiry date, for open teams you can choose any date in the future and then select "OK"

5. To send registration forms go to Competitions dropdown menu and click "Team Registration Forms"

6. If there are no coaches registered to the team yet you can download a CSV file that has links to all the team registration forms. To do this click: "Download as CSV"

7. Select All. Click the Send to Coaches button -- this will email the registration page to all registered coaches of the teams.

Disable Video Recording for Leagues

1. From the "Competitions" dropdown menu click "Leagues"

2. Click the checkbox next to all the league names that you do not want to film.

3. Once you have selected them all click the "Edit Settings" button to bulk edit league settings.

4. Click the "Privacy Settings" dropdown menu

5. Click the "Disable Video Recording" field.

6. Click "OK" to confirm.

7. Leagues that will not be recorded will have a "Video Recording Disabled" tag next to them.

Notes:
*For PlayHQ, Let Me Play and Basketball Connect it may take up to 24 hours before the schedule shows in Glory League
**For GameDay you must wait until 3 days before the first scheduled game of the season before the league imports.

Add League Member

1. Click "View"

2. Click "Members"

3. Click "Add League Member"

4. Click "(not selected)"

5. Click "Select"

6. Click "Supporter"

7. Click "OK"

To Remove a League Member

8. Click "Details"

9. Click "Remove"

10. Confirm you want to remove the supporter by clicking "Remove" again.

How to Restore GameDay Roster

2. To do this click "Restore GameDay Roster" on the Team Page.

3. You will see a pop up with the adjusted team details. To confirm click "Restore GameDay Roster"

4. Players who were not registered to the team in GameDay will no longer appear on the Team roster.

5. You can "Restore the GameDay Roster" in bulk. To do this to all teams, enter the Date criteria, Page Size (default is 10 rows) then click this checkbox.

6. Once checked the "Restore GameDay Roster" option will appear. Click it to Restore to all teams selected.

7. To restore by League, Select League criteria such as Date or Age group then click the check box next to the League name.

8. When selected the option to "Restore All Teams GameDay Roster" will appear. Press that to apply to all teams inside the selected leagues.

Give Club Delegates Access To Their Teams

To do this, all that is needed is for the Club Delegate to be assigned in your competition management provider as a coach or other Team Staff.

All Team Staff roles are imported into Glory League as a coach (regardless of assigned role in CMS), which gives them the same access as players and coaches in the team.
